The advantage of a rollable pipe is its remarkable lightweight nature. However, it simultaneously offers the potential for an exceptionally thin yet robust metal that can be rolled together, much like paper. This characteristic results in a pipe that occupies minimal space when packed away.
When initially unfurling the pipe and rolling it lengthwise, it may pose a slight challenge. It is advisable to follow the attached recommendations for assembling the pipe to minimize bending and creasing as much as possible before burning it in. Excessive wrinkles on the pipe can compromise its strength, making it more susceptible to wind-induced damage. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you take your time during the initial unfurling and installation of the pipe. Once the pipe has been burned in, it unfurls easily during subsequent use, as the metal "remembers" its proper configuration. Wrinkles present during the burning process can become permanent.
The pipe, which is a mere 0.08 mm thick for the steel and 0,1 mm for the titanium, is almost as sharp as a knife's edge (a typical sheet of paper is also 0.1 mm thick). The pipe's edge can cause significant cuts if handled carelessly. Exercise extreme caution when working with the pipe.
